Awesome news last month about VMware extending its hypervisor platform to smartphones enabling enterprise IT administrators to create, provision, monitor and manage a virtual corporate phone that will be running on an employee-owned smart phone. Imagine that, using an employee’s smartphone to host a corporate environment that facilitates remote working but doesn’t impinge on their personal data, nor allow their personal data to pollute the work environment.
