Forza IT recently engaged with Christian Community Ministries (CCM) in order to provide the charity with a robust network, a flexible powerful server platform and a full backup/restore disaster recovery for the charities PCs and critical data. Here is what Dawn Appleton the charity manager had to say after the project was completed:
From the first moment we approached Forza IT for advice and guidance on our IT situation, they have demonstrated professionalism, huge knowledge base and a genuine desire to help improve the situation, for the good of the charity. In addition to technical knowledge, there was understanding of the Charity Commission guidelines about the protection of the charity’s digital documentation and supporters database which was not demonstrated by other firms in the same field. The weaknesses in the previous system were quickly identified; it was clear that Forza IT not only understood where we were at and where we wanted to be but more importantly gave a great solution that took into consideration budgets, growth potentials and changing end user needs.
During installation, the process went incredibly smoothly with Forza IT going above and beyond “the line of duty” to ensure we ended up with what we needed.
